By buying or using MoboPing services (the Telegram bot, the Windows app and subscriptions) you accept the following.

Permitted use

• Bypassing geo-restrictions and reaching blocked content
• Protecting your privacy and online security
• Using the Tor service if you purchased it

Prohibited use (permanent ban)

• Any hacking or intrusion into systems
• DDoS attacks or bulk spam
• Unauthorized access to government systems or critical infrastructure
• Distributing malware or illegal content
• Any harmful activity against people or organizations

Subscriptions and devices

• Each service’s simultaneous device limit is stated in its description (monthly 5, hourly 2; Gaming, Locust and MTProto one device).
• Your subscription link is personal; if it leaks, use “Rotate connection key”.
• A service whose wallet balance runs out is removed after 48 hours.

Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your service. MoboPing is not liable for misuse, and violating services are blocked without notice.
